Pleasant Surprise

Well, believe it or not, that dreaded paper showed up in the mail today!! What a wonderful surprise. That took exactly 4 weeks. I will get it notarized tomorrow (I am very fortunate that my good friend Vicki is a notary...she has been wonderful!) then we will put it in the mail tomorrow at noon. I am very excited. We are now closer. As I write, the agency is preparing our package to send to Vietnam. Kelley (lady at the agency) said they like to send them out the same day that they get them. It usually takes about a day to send something to Tulsa. So they should have it by Monday, possibly Tuesday. I would expect by Tuesday it is on the way to Vietnam. If they have a match for us, we could have a referral(child) in another month. It is getting very exciting!!!!
