171-H Really???

I am in shock and awe that we received our 171-H from USCIS.  I don't know why I am in shock, but it still amazes me at the power and wonder of God.  I was really worried that we would not get it back in time.  I have heard stories of it taking anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 mos to get this little form back.  We did our fingerprints on last Wed and we received our form a week later on Friday!!  We are under a deadline, I was just hoping it would come back in 4 weeks.  Last adoption, we got ours back in 4 weeks to the day.  But God is good all the time, he knows the time restraint and said....Kim why do you worry, this is in my hands!  You gave them to me (so you said) so let me do my work!!!  I just forget I guess!

So, now we need to scurry to get our dossier docs together, guess my lack of faith had me putting it off.  I guess this is a lesson to me.  I really did believe that God led us here, there have been obstacles, we considered backing out, but God keeps showing that his way is the only way, and I just need to do what he tells me.  In our Sunday Life Group we have been discusing "Listening to God"  I really am trying.

Somewhere on the other side of the world there is a little girl that needs me!  She has a mommy, a daddy, and a little brother just waiting for her.  I can't wait until we see her sweet little face.  So, time to start gathering docs!!!
