Invitro Process

OK, so after all the shots and all the poking and proding, I went in for the retrieval. We went in early in the morning. We had to be there at 6:30. They put me under, not all the way out, but I was out. It was pretty short. I was only in there for 45 minutes. They took 4 eggs. I was a bit disappointed, I thought they would take 8. I was in a bit of pain and had to stay home all day. They make you stay down for 24 hours. I started the Progestrone shots. So my life revolves around being either with Mark at 6:00 at night or going over to my friend Lisa's house. Someone else has to give me the shot, because it goes into my hip, I can't reach there myself. So it has been a very interesting trip. Now we just wait. I hate the waiting.
