So there are several things I could talk about, but I am very tired, so you get the shortened version. For a while now, the boy has been rather bossy. For instance, he will hand me a cup of milk and say "here mom, hold my milk.....but don't drink it." Or he will hand me a toy to hold for him "here my, hold buzz, but don't eat him." We had parent teacher conferences last week, she was bragging on how he knows all his letters, upper and lower case and all his letter sounds (didn't have the heart to tell her he has known them since he was 2--or to say really....he reads too.) But they do the letter sounds at school all the time and he says..."I say O, you say "ah".....if you say it wrong, better believe he is going to correct you. Teacher told me they say that rhyme at school.
We were in the bathtub tonight and he was making "pretend letter cookies". He made one for Daddy and said...."don't eat it mom!" (have I told you how I HATE that he calls me mom)
But tonight after bath, he went too far. He told me he needed his toenails cut. So I got the clippers and started cutting. Do you know that the turkey was telling me how to cut??!!! No, not there, right here. Don't forget right here. Watch out, don't cut me! REALLY!!!! I mean I have only cut the kid once and he was 10 mos old! But funny thing is...after we were done he said..."thanks for cutting my toenails mom!" Awww... (the O says Aww).

We need to get him together with little Miss Bossy Booth...she'd give him a run for his money in the bossing department.
What's he supposed to call you?
If you ask my boys about their sister, the first thing that comes out of her mouth is "She's Bossy!" True. Bossy but cute!
He is supposed to call me mama! Mom is too BIG sounding!
