Day 20 - Snow Day

Well, we got the ice they said we were going to get. Honestly, when we have a slow weather season like this one, you can't ever believe the weather guys they get so excited at the posibility of it, they go a little crazy.  Notice the ice on our front window.  Wind was blowing out of the north, so the front of our house was pretty frozen.  But in Oklahoma fashion, all is well now.  Ice pretty much gone, except for my sidewalk.

Part 2 is a review of Zumba for my good friend Leigh.  I did Zumba again tonight.  Tonight was not quite as bad, I don't hurt as bad.  I still sweat like a pig, but i was able to keep up and my ankles don't hurt like last time.  I wore better shoes.  I think I like Zumba.  It is kind of a love hate kind of thing.  It has a workout plan for you.  I am of course on the basic.  so it is 2 days a week at 20 min (but they lie with warm up and cool down it is over 30.)  I will do this for 2 weeks and try to move up a level to the 3 days a week.  On the off nights I am doing wii fit or Just Dance 2.  Basically all aerobics. So my review is, zumba is $40 and I think it is worth it.  If you like aerobics.  I am sure you would get the same thing if you went to a class, but this way, no one is looking and laughing at me...and I can do it on my own time and not have to drive somewhere.  This is why this workout routine I have established over the last 3 weeks has worked for me, because it is at home and on my own time.

Today, Dylan and I were pretty worthless.  We didn't do anything.  The really sad part is, I was in my pj's until 7:45 when I did the workout! Sad huh!  We played and watched tv and just bummed around.  He made me several pizzas today.  (the non-calorie kind)  See the master chef (or cooker) at work.
Step 1: Throw pizza dough up in the air over and over.

Step 2: Drop it on the floor (he moved so fast my knee chair got in the way)

Step 3: Put tomato sauce on it (must teach boy tomato sauce does not come from grapes)
Step 4: Put on cheese (missed that with the camera)

Step 5: Put it in the oven (or the little storage space under the grill)
Must say..cook, cook, cook

Step 6: Serve it to mama and say...blow on it, its hot!!!
