Day 14 - Something New

So, if you are a facebook friend, you know that part of my goals for this year is to get healthier!  Since Oct, I have lost 15 lbs.  I stopped drinking fully loaded soda (only Diet DP, rest of the time water).  I have changed the types and amount of bread that I eat, and totally watching the sugar.  Along with his, I have started a regular work-out routine.  It consists of Wii Fit, and Wii Dance.  I have been working out for 30 min every evening and have been doing pretty good.

Today, I am adding something new!!!  Please dont' laugh!
Yep you read that right...ZUMBA!!!  I have always wanted to try it.  And since we own a video game store I get to see the fun stuff that comes out.  These games are back ordered right now, but a copy came in and since I am the one that picks up the games...I got the only copy!!! (At least at our store).  I can't wait to try it.  I know the "flies on the wall" will be totally cracking up laughing at me, but I think it will be fun!!  I will let you know how it goes!  (And yes, I took that picture, I did not steal it from the web!)

You're doing great. Can't wait to hear how you like Zumba. I've heard it is a lot of fun.

Please give us a review after you've tried it. I would love to know if it is worth getting. I, too, am working on weight loss.

Way to go on that weight loss.I've lost about 80 pounds and have 45 more to go to reach my goal so I know how hard it can be.I have to look at the weight loss journey one day at a time and sometimes 1 minute at a time.I will be thinking of you as I journey on.
