Well, I have accepted the challenge of the 365 days of blogging. I know several people tried it last year and I know
Ms. Amy met the challenge. Not sure I will be able to do that, you will probably see a lot of picture bragging, but that is why you come here anyway...right!
This past year has had a lot of changes, mainly in our little guy! He has come so far this year. We ended speech in August, but he now attends in school. "Big Boy School" has been a huge blessing. He is changing all the time. He is becoming more sure of himself and more social all the time. He is so funny! He talks ALL the time now. We paid good money for this torture! :) A lot of this will be dedicated to capturing the funny things he says now. For instance, today, he and his daddy were playing wii. I noticed that Daddy was playing and said...why are you playing, why isn't Dylan playing? Daddy said...because he always gets in the mud (its in the game). Dyaln said...."whatever!?" That was too funny. I laughed out loud on that one. Not sure where that came from. You kind of had to hear it.
We hope this year to hear some encourgaing news on adoption. There have been a lot of back and forth but no final decisions made with Nepal. Our paper work is sitting over there on some poor guys desk just hoping to be processed. It is a little unsettling to think our whole life is sitting on a desk half way around the world. All the talks have been about the families that have been stuck over there for many weeks. They have not talked about the families like us. So we just keep praying for the best, and know that God will do what is best for our family. Who knows...in all this waiting maybe Vietnam will re-open. God bless you all.....hope your new year is blessed. Maybe some of you will stick around to see if I make it. :)

YAY! YAY! YAY! So happy you are blogging everyday in 2011! I am looking foward to following your family's journey. I am sorry things are so up in the air with Nepal. Adoption is so hard.

Hooray!!! Another blog to follow! SOOO excited for you guys & your adoption journey...sometimes it does seem to take forever. The road is usually bumpy, but the end result as we all know is so worth it! :) Hoping for your happy ending in 2011!!! BTW, Dylan is wayyyy to cute!
