Panic Moment

So yesterday I called Dillon. It has been a couple of weeks since they received our App2. Mark "finally" got his physical done and sent in last Saturday. I figured they got it on Tuesday. So I called Gayle and asked what we are still waiting on. She said, I don't have any of your references. I was like, what??? My friends sent them in weeks ago. One sent it in a month ago and another sent it 2 weeks ago. I know they should all be in. I said, isn't that strange that NONE of them are there? She said, well that is odd. She said, let me email the case workers and see if someone has it. I asked, what will we do if you don't find them, she said, well, your friends will have to send them again.

Now this did not make me very happy. I started thinking, great!, another couple of weeks behind. Well, thankfully, about 45 min later, she called back. The case worker had them. She said, normally that is the last thing to come in, but that was the first for us. She did not know they had them. So we are good to go, we are approved and now it is, finally, on to the home study. Hopefully, I will get a call this week. I am going stir crazy! I need to be doing something.

We did start painting the baby's room yesterday. We will finish it on Saturday. I will put up a picture. I am trying to talk my dad into coming down and putting in laminate flooring in the room. That would be very pretty. We will see.
