Adoption Workshop

We attended the adoption workshop this weekend. It was very good. We were able to meet other couples that are in the process and also some couples that have adopted once before and are going again. We met a couple named the Warner's. They are adopting from Vietnam. It was very exciting. They are a little bit ahead of us in the process. We have the application 2 almost finished, I just need Mark's letter of employment. Then we can send it off. Next step should be the home study. Hopefully we will be able to start that rather quickly. It should take about 3 weeks to get approved and then we will start the home study.

This weekend we went to the book store and bought some books to get ready. We are required to read 2 books and then we ordered a children's book and another book that was reccommended. We are both very excited.
